Shipping & Returns

Our goal is to make shopping for your little ones a delight, from browsing to returns! This policy outlines our shipping and return processes so you can shop with confidence.

Shipping:

• Shipping Costs: We offer several shipping options with varying costs, depending on your location and desired delivery speed. See our checkout page for specific rates.

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 24 hrs after being placed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is confirmed. Ready-to wear orders are shipped within 3-7 business days, whereas custom-made orders can take up to 3-4 weeks, depending on how much work is necessary.

• Shipping: Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times depend on your shipping method and location. See our checkout page for estimated delivery times. Keep in mind that domestic orders take about 3-7 business days and international shipments take about 7-12 business days to arrive from the time the order is shipped. The expected delivery times are only forecasts; in rare instances, there may be inevitable causes of delay beyond our regulation.

• Shipping: Taxes and Duties: You will be responsible for paying import taxes and duties upon delivery, depending on your location.

Returns:

• Return Window: As all our orders currently are Made to Order we don’t accept any returns. We do accept returns for any kind of manufacturing defect of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of receipt.

• Return Process: ◦ Initiate your return by emailing us the problem and attaching a picture of the defect. We will get back to you with the available options for return. ◦ Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories. ◦ Send the package via return courier service.

• Return Costs: The cost of return shipping will be borne by us.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy guidelines.

• We recommend trying on clothes indoors and with care to avoid damage.
